Funny is subjective.

Therefore, for today’s answer, I will go with Knave. It has nothing to do with mechanics, the genre, or the flavour. It’s just that when I ran it for my players once, I think I didn’t balance the encounters well enough, so they were facing some powerful foes and had to retreat to the village they were staying in, in order to get their strength back. We had a short break and when we resumed they told me they had gathered enough copper coins to basically become chicken farmers with an army of chickens. I found that decision really funny and I was definitely not prepared for it.

And that was all for today’s question. I want to try Knave 2e now to see how much it has changed, and if I will turn my player’s characters into chicken farmers again. But before that, tomorrow’s question is “FAVOURITE published adventure”. I got a lof of those. I mean, we do review adventures here.
