That’s one of the most important items of an RPG.

Good character sheet design is really important. However, I won’t go for best design today but I will cast my vote for pretty. Take a look at the Forbidden Lands character sheet.

I am not sure how forgiving on the eyes it is, but I love the art that is incorporated on the character sheet. And this is just the first page. You can check out the rest on the downloads page of the Free League Publishing website.
