I’ll give you three!

Since I have already mentioned this year the two that came to mind I will mention a third one that I haven’t.

The first two are Knave and Death in Space. Both are really quick to learn and start playing. They have tiny books! However, I also want to mention Basic Fantasy RPG. It’s not just quick to learn but it’s also absolutely free. Of course, there are many books out for it so you can add some complexity if you want.
