Miniatures…miniatures everywhere.

Miniatures is another collection of mine. I wanted to say small collection because I thought I didn’t have a lot of D&D miniatures, but then I remembered my miniatures cupboard and that miniatures are not just D&D miniatures.

I don’t get to paint miniatures as much as I’d want to, which is the story for every one of my hobbies. Either I have too many of them, or I don’t have enough time. Either way, I’m doing something wrong. But let me see which is my favourite miniature, because this is how I will interpret today’s question.

When it comes to D&D miniatures I have two I like a lot.

This is a Remorhaz I got to paint. I like it because I like the Remorhaz as a creature and also because it’s one of the very small amounts of minis I have finished painting. Also embedding Instagram posts sucks. Though feel free to follow me there.

Now that I’m done with self-promotion, the second D&D miniature I adore is this chonky Tiamat.

Sorry for the low quality picture but I can’t visit the LGS at 11.30pm…or can I? Anyway, this Tiamat is an amazing miniature, although it’s quite big to call it that. If I had the funds when it got released I would have definitely gotten it. Now, I can only be sad about it.

But let’s move to non-D&D miniatures. And now I realise I should be saying RPG miniatures because I’ve got Pathfinder minis as well but I am not going back to change that. Onward!

Look at this bad boy!

What’s not to love about an immortal necromancer turned into god of the dead!? Nagash is one of the villains I’d like to see win once, just for the fun of it.

And finally, for the 40K portion of Warhammer, I’d like to say that anything Adeptus Mechanicus is just adorable and I want it. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

And that’s all for now. It took me about 37 minutes to write this. I spent 5 minutes writing and 32 minutes browsing pictures on my phone, trying to find the ones I wanted. Oh well. Tomorrow’s question is “Great gamer gadget”. It feels like it’s too similar to the accessory questions but I’ll figure something out.
