I am a day late, but I have my reasons.

This should have been published yesterday, right when I would be getting on a ship to go to an island for work reasons. Neither of those things happened. I got kinda (as in quite a bit) sick, and I missed my ship. And since I got really sick yesterday morning, which was when I had planned to finish this, it just fell through the cracks. I am currently having a moment of clarity so I am here to rectify my mistake and talk about a couple of things before I black out again.

Commander 32 Deck Challenge

A quick update on the challenge is that I got the Mardu Surge precon deck. I am not updating the image list because it is not official, but it is the acting Mardu slot holder. Why is it not official? Because I only went through the deck, without even sleeving it. I haven’t tried it, I just know it has some pretty cool cards.

I also eyed the Final Fantasy decks at the LGS. Compared to online vendors, the price was almost convincing, but I still can’t justify the purchase. Plus, I kinda want to get all the Edge of Eternities decks. Which brings us to.

Edge of Eternities

When Edge of Eternities was announced, I vibed so much with the art we were presented. Now we are getting some spoilers, and things are looking pretty good. First of all, the Eldrazi are back in some way, so I’m looking forward to seeing how the story will evolve. Then, we are getting spacecraft as a card type. I don’t really care about the rules side, I just love that we get spacecraft. Just look at this.

Finally, some really good cards are getting reprints in this set. We are getting shocklands and Mutavault, and these are just some of the first spoilers.

This is not me doing news coverage, so don’t expect me to do this every time. I just find the theme of the set to be really close to some of the stuff I like. Oh, and don’t expect strategies here. This will only happen once in a blue moon. I just like playing cards that may do cool things or make me giggle.

And I think I need to go back to bed, happy that I finished this, happy that I have completed 25% of the Commander Challenge, and happy that I will be able to play space MtG cards soon.
