So many journeys, so little time.

I don’t tend to use the word for just travel. What comes to mind when I hear the word journey is more than travel; it’s growth. The poet Constantine P. Cavafy said it best in his poem “Ithaka”

As you set out for Ithaka
hope your road is a long one,
full of adventure, full of discovery.

I’ve been playing tabletop RPGs for 11 years now. Hell, this blog will be 10 years old in a couple of months. I’ve not just enjoyed myself, but I’ve grown a lot in the hobby. But I don’t want the journey to end just yet. Hopefully, we’ve got more to go.

That’s all for today. I just wanted to savour this moment of realisation that it’s been 10 years since I started writing on this blog. I want to thank all of you for joining and supporting me. Tomorrow’s prompt is “explore”. I will be travelling tomorrow, so the post may be late. We’ll see.
