I need a favour.

I had to take a quick trip to settle some family matters. Nothing serious, but a 5-hour drive nonetheless. The blog has gotten into a bit of a more stable schedule these days, so even now, I am still working on a few things. One of those is the newsletter we launched last month with issue #0. Tomorrow I will be sending #1 to the inboxes of those who were kind enough to subscribe. And that’s the favour I want to ask of you, which is to subscribe to The Kind GM Newsletter.

We want to keep it monthly, so there will be no swarming of inboxes. And of course, there is no chance we will be giving your addresses to anyone. We are kinda bound by the GDPR, but even if we weren’t, it would be the ethical thing to do.

What can you expect to find in the newsletter? Well, this is still a work in progress, and early subscribers will be able to play a role in shaping the content. For now, you will find a list of all our work on the blog in one place, so you can check anything you might have missed. We are also curating a list that is a mix of news that we find interesting, but also articles and other media that may not be new, but we found now and made an impression on us. Another thing we’re trying to do, but it’s still not in its final shape, is a list of deals we may have come across and are still running on the day the newsletter hits your inbox. Finally, there will be some sort of personal touch each month, but I am leaving it vague for now because that lets me do basically anything I fancy, from a short editorial to something you can use in your game.

Since this will be read by mostly people who have subscribed to the blog, I want to say thank you for being here and reading whatever comes out of our brains. It means a lot when you know you are not shouting into the void, but you are actually talking to someone and they listen, or in this case, they read. And hopefully, I’ll see you in about 24 hours with issue #1.
