Continuing from where I stopped yesterday…
I can’t stop making the connection between Reach and Magic: The Gathering. So, I will just pick the alternative question for the day, which is “Who would you like to be able to share RPGs with?”
Honestly, I just want to play with the people I’m already playing with, plus a couple more friends who recently started playing and some others whom I want to introduce the game to. I don’t have any wishes of playing with any celebrities or anything. I only wish that I could play more consistently with the people I am already enjoying the game with. You see, between weird working hours for some and living in different cities for others, maintaining a schedule is not easy. And as I’ve been thinking about this the last couple of months, I even came to the conclusion that I can make one group for everyone to play. If I want to keep playing with the people I’m already playing with, I will have to split the party. As an idea, it’s not the worst one. But if I take into consideration my very unstable work schedule, it’s going to be a huge hassle. And that’s without going into having to figure out how to split the party in a way that the players in each group can relatively easily keep up with the schedule. Anyway, that’s a nightmare for future me. But that’s my answer. Almost. Because, finally, I also want to play with my goddaughter at some point. She’s still a bit too young to play, but I’m willing to wait. Her imagination, however, is probably worth waiting for.
And that’s for today’s very easy answer, because Reach as a word will be forever stuck in my head as an MtG mechanic. Tomorrow’s prompt is Mercy. We’ll see what I come up with tomorrow.
And until next time, have fun!
