I have a fever and the only prescription is one page dungeons.
A one page dungeon is what its name says, a dungeon that fits in one page. And that’s what I find amazing about them. You have only one side of an A4 (or US Letter) sheet of paper to create your adventure.
And recently, I remembered that an awesome contest exists. It’s the One Page Dungeon Contest. It’s been going since 2009 and every year there are awesome submissions. The deadline is until May 1st so, if you’re interested, you can still send your one page dungeon. Did I mention the prizes? No? Then go to the contest’s site and see them for yourselves because they are amazing!
Yesterday I printed some of 2015’s, 2014’s and 2013’s submissions and put them in a binder that, from now on, is going to be solely for one page dungeons. Having a bunch of them ready can be a lifesaver if you haven’t prepared for the upcoming session, you want to play a small extra session or you want to introduce new players to the game.
I don’t know if I’m going to be able to submit a dungeon this year, because a lot of my deadlines are very close to the contest’s deadline, but I’m really looking forward to 2016’s submissions. The dungeons keep getting better and better every year. So visit the contest site now and start browsing!
And until next time, have fun!
Wow that sounds really cool, I hadn’t hear about this. I’ll have to check out the site and look over some of the submissions.

I don’t remember how I found it. There is a huge amount of free material there. The years I have fully checked out are 2015, 2014 and 2013. There so many more dungeons!
