Battle Map – Lava Pass

Here’s a battle map I made with Inkarnate.

This is an outpost that guards a passage through a river of lava. It protects the bridge and the start of a trade route from both bandits and creatures that dwell in the lava river. The kingdom is slowly failing and that can be seen here. It is a very important pass since only a few exist because it connects some key points of the kingdom that provide valuable resources. However, it’s falling into disrepair, after the amount of attacks has been slowly rising. The outpost used to be bigger and livelier. Now it has been reduced to a barracks and a trading post that acts as a small inn.

I made this map using Inkarnate. It’s a really nice tool and easy to learn. And what I like a lot is that it gets a ton of updates and new assets are added all the time.
