Blessed and the Blasphemous is the latest project of SOS aka Sons of the Singularity. It’s an officially licensed Call of Cthulhu campaign that features a thrilling and terrifying cosmic horror storyline set in North Africa. The game takes place in various North African cities just prior to the outbreak of World War II and draws inspiration from the diverse and culturally-rich histories of Morocco, the Imazighen people, and Carthage. Essentially, it is a fusion of the classic film Casablanca with the unsettling world of H.P. Lovecraft’s Cthulhuverse.

The book is more than 325 pages long and consists of six scenarios. Each scenario has its own distinct storyline and climactic ending that can be played independently or as part of a larger campaign and upon completing all scenarios, the campaign culminates in a grand ending.

The scenarios feature:

• Full of rich historical events and fascinating factions.
• Descriptions of several key locations in Morocco and Algeria including Casablanca, Fes, Rabat, Mers el Kebir, and Illizi.
• In-depth
  mythos, full of horrible creatures, powerful artifacts, and arcane
  sorcery, built upon Lovecraftian lore and local folklore.
• 20 unique pregenerated character sheets for easy pickup and play.
• Tons of art, maps, and other useful Keeper’s Aids.

Thousands of years ago, ancient cosmic entities, Nug and Yeb, influenced the minds and bodies of two human twins. One of those twins began work to bring Nug and Yeb to Earth. Investigators will collect clues, discover hidden truths, and race against time to prevent the summoning of these incomprehensible deities.
