But in all seriousness, humour is an element that’s important in a campaign. Even if you want to run a very serious and gritty campaign, it’s important to have mental breaks here and there, and humorous situations is a great way to have said breaks.
It’s like how you have to keep the four humours balanced, as all things should be, but in RPGs. A little of everything makes a great mix.
But also don’t be disappointed or frustrated if things end up funnier than you wanted them to be. Just enjoy the ride. More laughter won’t hurt anyone.
