#RPGaDay 2020: Day 24 – Humour

Insert funny joke here.

But in all seriousness, humour is an element that’s important in a campaign. Even if you want to run a very serious and gritty campaign, it’s important to have mental breaks here and there, and humorous situations is a great way to have said breaks.

It’s like how you have to keep the four humours balanced, as all things should be, but in RPGs. A little of everything makes a great mix.

But also don’t be disappointed or frustrated if things end up funnier than you wanted them to be. Just enjoy the ride. More laughter won’t hurt anyone.

And that’s all for this one. I’m serious about what I said. Laughter is necessary, especially these days. Coming up next is the word “lever”.
